Solar Installation Technician

What You’ll Do:

Install solar panels, solar energy systems, energy storage products, and related components
Install and commission heat pumps and associated equipment (when required)
Perform basic maintenance and repairs on solar and energy storage systems (training provided for specific product lines)
Communicate with customers to ensure a smooth installation experience and address any on-site questions
Coordinate with the team for residential & commercial solar/energy storage projects

Skills & Competencies:

Solar/renewable energy installation or handyman experience preferred (training provided for promising candidates)
Experience with heat pumps is a strong asset
Proficient with installation tools, detail-oriented, and hands-on work attitude
Relevant licenses or certifications in solar energy installation are highly preferred
Mandarin/Cantonese required; basic English a plus

Sales Consultant (Renewable Energy)

What You’ll Do:

Conduct in-home or on-site consultations: assess property suitability, discuss solar panel, energy storage, and EV charger solutions, and recommend tailored products
Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and solution suggestions based on client energy needs and budget
Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy products, system operation, maintenance, and relevant incentives
Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain the showroom, renewable energy product displays, and inventory in a clean and organized condition
Handle all products with care to avoid damage

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience preferred; interest in renewable energy, solar, or sustainable living is a strong plus
Strong English; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
Confident communicator, detail-oriented, and service-driven
Comfortable with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for preparing proposals and reports
Basic knowledge of solar energy systems, energy storage solutions, and EV chargers (training provided for motivated candidates)
